What do our users think04.02.2010 by Charisse Goddard from England- I sent a booking request for Ema-Fweni in September 2009. I received a prompt reply confirming it's availability and I immediately requested that my dates be booked and asked for bank details to make a payment. I did not receive a reply. I sent repeated emails and eventually, after not hearing a word, phoned from England to be told that they had booked in someone else. Despite the fact that my family and I are travelling from England, no serious offers were made to us and we have had to spend days seeking alternative accommodation, ending up paying more than double what we had originally planned to spend. I would not recommend Ema-fweni to anyone else and have urged colleagues who were planning to book to look elsewhere. DirectionsTake N3 highway.
