View the snaking of the Umzimvubu River as it curls across thousands of hectares of the Cedarville Flats. Enjoy a sundowner as the sun sets behind the rugged Drakensberg skyline.

Become a weekend farmer on the Cedarberg Farm, covering 900 hectares. Help dip cattle, milk cows, count sheep and much more. Go for a relaxing horse ride or walk amongst game such as Zebra, Reedbuck, Red Hartebeest, Blesbuck, etc. Picnic in the magnificent guest house garden with its own trout dam, or alongside the swimming hole in the mountain stream.

Enthusiastic birders can study the abundance of bird life. E.G. is a well renowned location for endangered species like the Wattle Crane, Buff Spotted Flufftail and Rudd's Lark.

For the adventurer there is mountain, quad and 4X4 trails. There are various routes that can be tackled in and around East Griqualand. E.G. is the gateway to four mountain passes into Lesotho.

E.G. is a premier destination for trout, black bass and carp fishing.

Three self catering cottages at main house fully equipped and sleeps six each.

Cedarberg is situated 8km outside Cedarville, a little town in the heart of East Griqualand. 340km from Durban, 250km from Pietermaritzburg on the R56.
