Description

Situated on main road to Bloemfontein, close to surrounding Harmony mines, the CBD and various sporting activities including the Phakisa Freeway, shooting range & horse-riding. Also very close to water pans featuring flamingos and many other birds making it ideal for bird-watchers. We are registered as a Birder Friendly Establishment with Birdlife SA. Directions

From Johannesburg, turn off N1 at Kroonstad towards Welkom. On entering the town, continue on Koppie Alleen Rd over 4 large circles until you find Long Rd. Turn right at the circle and continue on past 3 more circles. Find The Arches at 214 /216 Long Rd on your left. Please phone for further information if needed. From Bloemfontein, there are two entrances to Welkom. First is Long Road and second is Stateway. On Long Road just after second circle, we are on your right. If on Stateway, turn right into MacBeth Road, (at Shell service station), continue to Long Road circle, turn left, we are on your right.
