Rosstrevor Guest Farm provides a relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore Wild Mountain country.

We offer superb fly fishing, hiking, river walks and a wide range of mountain activities. Alternatively, you can just kick back and enjoy the tranquility of this remote working farm.

Rosstrevor’s beautifully preserved Victorian farmhouse is full of character and combines country elegance with a warm ‘home from home’ atmosphere. Facilities include:

- Lounge with open fireplace
- Dining area with coal fire
- Large farmhouse kitchen including a
traditional ‘Esse’ stove
- Fully stocked bar
- Sun terrace and gardens

Our choice of accommodation includes charming en-suite double, triple and twin rooms, single rooms and family suites. All rooms have electric blankets to ensure that you have a snug night’s sleep.

We can also help you to get the most out of your stay in the area by providing advice about the many activities available:

World-class fly-fishing – Our fishing guests return year after year to enjoy the challenge of hooking large wild trout. Our fishing spots are reserved for the exclusive use of Rosstrevor’s guests to ensure that the river remains pristine and well-stocked.

Scenic farm walks along our rivers and dams – look out for our tame Springbok and the wonderful resident birdlife. You can enjoy a picnic at unique bushman paintings, or even camp overnight in a secluded cave.

Mountain adventure activities include hiking, skiing at the nearby Tiffindell resort, horse trails, tubing and mountain biking.

Motor enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the area by 4x4, bikes and quads. We can arrange for a guide to take you on extreme trails if you want to challenge your skills.
